* Colorado Avalanche star Nathan MacKinnon had a big night, scoring two goals and also getting into his first fight in a while! He said he fought because a player from the other team, the Los Angeles Kings, said something he didn't like.
* The fight happened after the Kings player hit MacKinnon, and then hit him again. MacKinnon felt he needed to stand up for himself and his team. The crowd loved it, and the Avalanche scored right after!
* Even though coaches don't like players getting hurt, they also like seeing their stars stick up for each other with passion. MacKinnon is known for playing hard and getting under other players' skin.
